Here's Why NEO's Not Done and Price Prediction

Today NEO has hit all time highs at a whopping 146$ a share. China's better version of Ethereum is gaining momentum in the markets as investors are seeking greater advancements in ICO's working under NEO's platform. Currently NEO offers a more ideal space for developers to develop awesome projects like The Key, Red Pulse, Ontology, and so much more. What makes NEO ahead of the game and different from the rest?
1- NEO's Current transactions rate
Lets look at Ethereum for a moment. When CryptoKitties came out, it proved to us that many problems surfaced when it kept crashing every so often. Ethereum can only hold under 20 transaction per second meaning it'll be a problem for scaling the project for everyday use. NEO on the other hand can handle around 10,000 transactions per second and has lots of leg room to scale for projects needing tons of users that are active on DAPPS.
2- NEO'S moving over to a decentralized platform fairly soon
3- NEO DEVCON on JAN 30-31'st in San Francisco
If we look at history, Ethereum had their Devcon around the same time last year and the price went through the roof. If things go right NEO will be headed in the right direction.
4- NEO looking to work with and outside of China
5- NEO is a fresh network and is basically empty
Currently Bitcoin and Ethereums networks are congested, while NEO is ready to have projects and ICOS to run under them.
6- China is looking to fix its ICO issue and NEO will be first in line to boost in momentum
7- Testing and a WORKING PLATFORM
Here's the cheese guys, NEO is actually one of the few Crypto's on the list that actually has a working product. Unlike most of them, NEO is ready to work with Company and future developers.
8- NEO is picky about Developers joining their platform.
9- NEO GAS rewards.

I think NEO is a good coin as well, but I am curious on what your thoughts for NEO's future with regards to China's recent stance on crypto's?
I think that with time, China's whole issue with ICOS will resolve itself over time by adding some realistic regulations, that NEO will be compatible with. Many chinese officials are in favor of crypto, including major companies wanting to take advantage of the technology to save tons of money on tech and logistics.
