Spotcoin offers a lot in comparison to what other exchanges have to offer, integrating it's OTC marketplace, digital exchange and mining business into a single platform gives it a lot of advantage. Plus it's dividends sharing will be able to drive demand for SPOT, thereby increasing its market value.
