Our thoughts and emotions can affect our health and we can have many health related problems due to that.

Negative emotions and feelings of helplessness and helpness of ours can have a chronic stress on our health and can disturb our hormones and we can face immunity related problems.

Emotions that are freely experienced and expressed without judgment or attachment tend to flow fluidly without impacting our health.

On the other hand, fearful or negative ones can destroy mental energy, negatively affect the body, and lead to health problems.

The first thing you have to do is start your day with the positive affirmation🤴

Start doing yoga or exercising and meditation which will help to find yourself.

Have good food to eat.

Be grateful to everything.

Don’t be sad about small things.

Drink a lot of water.

Do meditation .

Be humble.

People generally don’t know that the psychology of negativity can cause many health problems like high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease and immunity and digestion related problems.
