Rhubarb in your garden - wooow. What will you make? I mostly make jam or cake :-D But I know there are many more possibilities. I once saw a chef prepare rhubarb salty/savoury
I will probably make a rhubarb crisp this week. I have made cake, pie, and a simple syrup for cocktails in the past.
