Scarf Finished!
Lovely, soft yarn in delightful colors made a scarf I think I will keep. The fringe still needs some blocking and trimming.
Many of the colors were chosen to imitate (loosely) the colors in the scarf Doctor Who fans are admiring in a promotional photo for the New Year's Special with the 13th Doctor. I like to take color inspiration from almost anywhere.
The stitching looks really neat and the colours are so bright, @fiberfrau. I've just finished looking at the scarf you refer to ... I like yours better :D
Thank you! The garter stitch was done on smaller than usual needles for worsted weight (u.s. size 6) which helped keep the stitches tight and uniform, I think. And the colors kept the knitting interesting.
