He is clearly an Illuminati Clone of this highly popular Hollywood star from the tv series. The Illuminati knew that to sell their new Steemit ponzy scheme, they would need a Billy Mays type, so they picked the likable character Mack from it's always Sunny and cloned him to create a face Ned Scott to sell their new crypto-currency ponzy scheme...
