Every Ned Scott Video - one place to gather them all, totally non profit initiative by @noisy
If you are (like me) fan of Elon Musk, maybe you are familiar with
Every Elon Musk Video youtube channel. This is a place, where you can find most (almost all) public speeches made by Elon.
Purpose of this account is similar. I would like to track all public statements made by Ned. If this initiative will be welcomed kindly, then I would like to also create similar account to track all public statements of Dan.
Goal
- create an archive of all public statements made by Ned
- create a place where every journalist will be able to find resources for material about steemit
- create a place where steem shareholder will have point of reference what and when was said
Statement
- This account is created to help all people which care about Steem and Steemit
- This account follow full non profit policy, what means that one of those thing will always happen:
- post will decline payout, or
- post will gather funds to pay for most requested transcriptions of video
- this account will never cashout funds
- power down is possibile only to burn Steem (by sending to @null account)
- this account will be always politically neutral:
- this account will not be used for voting for witnesses
- voting power of this account will be used only for:
- voting for posts of another authors, if they will publish as first on Steemit new video with Ned
- helpful comments below each own post

How is that going to work?
When burning STEEM please exchange it for SBD first using the internal market, and then burn the SBD (could include using it for promotion). This will help address the debt supply issue.
by cashing out I mean, that funds gather by this account will never be taken as profit.
I am not sure, what will be the most efficient way to ask community for help. At the beginning I would like to publish few videos, then ask community which video should have prepared transcription as first one. If no one will decide to do it for free, then a bounty will be announced with small reward, like 10 Steem Dollars.
Community should help decide who will receive such bounty.
Of course, I am open to any suggestions.
