Royal game by The King

in #nba7 years ago (edited)

Just like predicted, King James has blown out the competition and the matchup against the Boston Celtics was just a public execution of how the NBA champions handle their biz compared to how the rest of the league do. With King James just busting out the game open from the very first quarter the game was a microscopic representation of what the Cavs are all about.

Handle biz first, rest the rest

There has been a lot of things been said this season about people resting and stars taking breaks, specifically the Cavs and King James. The Cavs went on to average a .500 winning percentage for the second part of the season after peaking at the top of the East and loosing that No 1 seed with a few days to go to finish the season.

This game was sort of a microscopic look of the season, Cavs went up by 20 right at the start of the game and then took mildly step back on the second half of the game, eventually winning with an under 20pt lead. Yes the Boston Celtics didn't really went down as the team with the worst beatdown on their home court. But just like the No 1 seed, it really didn't matter in the end. The Cavs just push through and won the game in an amazing fashion.

King James, the king of the court

All night long, King James just scored at will, with no real center and shot blocker he just went into the paint all night long, play after play after play.

It didn't matter whenever it was No 1 contract Al Hortford or game 7 hero Kelly Olynyk, or team's bully Marcus Smart. The Cavs didn't really face any resistance on the board, or on the offensive drives.

King James highlights during the game.
