Sacramento Kings’ Spoils The Franchise Record Set By The Minnesota Timberwolves
Today the Sacramento Kings and the Minnesota Timberwolves faced off each other. And the two teams followed the teams that paid tribute to Kobe Bryant wherein they committed 8 second violation to start the ball game. Anyways, the Sacramento Kings made a comeback and defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves, 133-129, in overtime. Buddy Hield led the way for the Sacramento Kings with a career-high 42 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists while Andrew Wiggins scored 36 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists for the Minnesota Timberwolves. Additionally for the Minnesota Timberwolves, they knocked down a franchise record 23 three-pointer fieldgoal in the game and it is a bit saddening to hear that despite the franchise record being set during that game, they weren’t able to close out the game in their favor.
