Trade Deadline Trades the could happen in the NBA (Haas Picks)

The NBA Trade Deadline is just hours away! Here is what still can happen.

A lot of NBA players will be very happy after today, they either are still on the team they are playing for or got traded and are ready for a new start. After today the teams can go in complete play-off focus or in tank mode to prepare for next season. Here is my take on what can happen in the final hours before the Trade deadline (Haas Picks)

Cleveland Cavaliers
What should the Cavs do to get more competitive again? They stared the season 5-7 which can happen, they went for 13 straight to show some strong play but after that the team lost his spirit and something really need to happen. But what?
If you ask me, the Cavs need to be extremely careful on not be losing Lebron James. He is not happy with management and can leave the Cavs after the season if he wants.
To be in a situation to win, the Cavs should trade Kevin Love for DeAndre Jordan.
If makes sense if you ask me, the Clippers already lost Chris Paul and traded Griffin so only Jordan stands in between there completely new start.
Jordan can also leave the clippers after this season and if the Clippers want something in return they might as well trade him.
Runner up for this trade? Tristan Thompson, so no matter what happens something needs to happen for the Cavs to have a chance to go the finals again.

Avery Bradley
As mentioned the Clippers will focus on the future. They still hope DeAndre Jordan will resign, I don’t think he will, therefore he will be a great asset to trade and get something in return.
The same is the case with Avery Bradley, I think the Clippers are happy to receive a first round pick in return. I think Bradley will end up with the Spurs, they can use some solid defense and some more scoring especially since they don’t know when Kawhi Leonard will be back.
So, done deal? Avery Bradley to the Spurs, we will see only a few hours left.

Joe Johnson
The veteran wingmen did tell coach Snyder he is ready to move for a final chapter of his career.
Johnson is on a $10.5 million expiring contract and therefore interesting for teams to pick up, so they can clear salary for next season.
But where will he end up? There are rumors that the Jazz are trying to trade for Wilson Chandler. Especially when to Jazz decide to trade Rodney Hood as well this makes sense.
So, I see this trade happen! Welcome Wilson to Utah

Joakim Noah
Noah and the Knicks are not working out and for both it’s best to move on! The Knicks even told Noah that he would not be part of the team until the Trade Deadline, so they can actively look into trading him.
But what can they do with Noah? He has still two years left on his contract worth about $38 million and because of injuries he did not show his potential for a while.
So, my guess is even though the Knicks would love to trade Noah they have to include players in order to make it interesting for teams.
The only thing I can think of is trying to trade for another “bad” contract so if the Lakers are really eying the big turnaround in 2019 they can send Luol Deng to New York and swap “bad” contracts.

Rodney Hood
Hood has a gut feeling the Jazz will trade him before the deadline! Hood is averaging a career- high 16.8 points and will be a restricted free agent this summer. Because of the great play of Mitchell the Utah Jazz have the luxury to trade him.
I see him end up at the Thunder, so that they can make strong run in the West, so maybe trade Roberson in order to compete straight away.
