Cavaliers record setting Night!!

in #nba7 years ago (edited)

The first quarter for the Cleveland cavaliers tonight was "explosive" to say the least.

It all started with a J.R. Smith 3 pointer, and then after a golden-state miss. Kyrie Irving downs a three pointer for a Cavaliers 6-0. Run/lead, to start the game 4. Against the Golden State Warriors Friday night.

After getting blown out in the first three meetings thus far in the NBA finals. They got just what they needed Friday with an impressive all around team effort and NBA Record setting first quarter.

The final numbers for the first quarter were quite impressive for the Cavaliers.

Not only did they break 1 NBA record they broke multiple records here are some other impressive stat's for the game.

  • Cleveland Cavaliers score an new NBA Record 49 points.

  • Lebron James becomes the third leading scorer in the NBA

  • Cav's Breaking the all-time record for three-pointer's made in a game with 24. Beating the Warriors previous record with 23.

  • Most points in a half finals. (89) Cavaliers.

  • Most combined points in any half of finals history. (154)

  • Most threes in a half. (13) Cavaliers.

As you can see. The whole game was phenomenal, for the Cavaliers tonight. I am only highlighting the first-quarter and the records broken tonight in game 4. If you need to watch everything wait for NBA t.v replay it tomorrow. Or Hopefully you were smart enough to "tivo" it.

... And most importantly they're still alive for another game the Cavaliers that is. the final score the night was

Cleveland 137- and Golden-State Warriors 116.

There's No counting the Cav's out, just yet. After last year.

Although no NBA team has every clawed their way back from a 3-0 deficit. The Cleveland Cavaliers erased a 3-1 deficit last year to win the 2016 NBA Finals in seven games against the Warriors.

So nothing is out of question just yet.

Check out the Crazy first quarter here below.

The first half is unreal for cavs and irving is a big reason. He took the load of lbj such that the defense need to scramble on him and make everyone else easier. Game 5 is key and if they can win from warriors homecourt, anything is possible.

So true. I didn't want to see a sweep by the warriors either that would have just capped off a bad NBA Playoffs this year. Or so it seems , by the way people are talking.

cavs in 7

I'd love to see that Myself. Although with KD this year for the warriors.. That's going to be tough task. But would make up for the other round. Because the first round this year was still pretty good.
