Letter of attorney addressed to the European Chief Prosecutor.

I incriminate German Nazi criminals to commit serious tortious acts against me, including attempted murder, burglary, robbery, unlawful incarceration, coercion, intimidation, slander, damage to property, physical and mental abuse, torture by sleep deprivation, and others, as described in my letter of 8.09.2022 written in German and referred below. I incriminate German officials, including Public Prosecutor General of the Federal Court of Justice Peter Frank, the Federal Minister of the Interior Nancy Faeser, the members of the Berlin Senate, and the German Police to promote above mentioned tortious acts, organized crime, fraud, corruption, and Nazism, and to be incompetent and legal incapable in sense of paragraph 104 of the German Civil Code.
I require the immediate return of my property, stolen by German Nazi criminals, the arrest of the violators of my rights, the issuing of the search warrant for preservation of evidences at the clinic where I was unlawfully imprisoned, at the social psychiatric service in Berlin, at the Berlin police and public prosecutor's offices, and at other entities in Berlin whose officials are guilty of committing tortious acts.
