A Haripur Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) declared its decision in the Mashal Khan lynching case on Wednesday, giving one individual two capital punishments, five people different terms of life detainment, and 25 others imprison sentences, yet vindicating 26 others for need of adequate confirmation.

Mashal Khan, 23, an understudy of Mass Communications at Mardan's Abdul Wali Khan University, was pounded the life out of and shot by a furious horde on April 13, 2017, after he was blamed for profanation.
