#EquipoCardumen hemos querido unirnos en una salutación navideña y de acción de gracias. Ha sido un año durísimo para los venezolanos, pero seguimos batallando. Unos desde el exilio otros aún desde esta tierra maravillosa pero muy sufrida.
The members of
#EquipoCardumen joined today in a Christmas Salutation and Thanksgiving. It has been such a hard year for us, Venezuelans, but we continue fighting. Some from exile, others still from this land, so wonderful and oppressed.
Hoy queremos hacer a un lado las dificultades de las que nos hemos quejado todo el año y simplemente dar gracias a Steemit, a toda esa comunidad global que hemos encontrado en la blockchain y que tanto apoyo nos ha brindado.
Today we wanted to put the hardships we have complaiend about all year long aside and just give thanks to Steemit, to all this global community we have found in the blockchain and which has given us so much support.
Hoy puedo decir que tengo amigos, lectores o seguidores en lugares tan distantes del mundo como Noruega, Suráfrica, Rusia y Estados Unidos, pasando por México, España, Argentina, Nigeria, Inglaterra, Grecia, Rumania, India, Indonesia, Tailandia, Filipinas, China, Corea, Japón y Australia. De todos he aprendido algo. Cada uno desde su talento aporta cosas valiosas a esta plataforma y a este mundo que todos queremos hacer mejor.
Today I can say that I have friends, readers or followers in places as distant as Norway, South Africa, Russia and the United States, going through Mexico, Spain, Argentina, Nigeria, England, Greece, Romania, India, Indonesia (to them a special hug for the terrible tragedy that has hit them), Thailand, The Phillipines, China, Korea, Japan and Australia (and so many other places). From all, I have learned something. Every one from their talents contributes their valuable shares to this plataform and this world we all want to make better.

En nombre de mi familia, que hoy está más unida a pesar de las distancias físicas que nos separan (o quizás precisamente debido a ella), les deseo, incluso a los que no celebran la ocasión, una feliz navidad y un próspero año 2019.
On behalf of my family, which today is more united than ever despite, or problably because of the physical distances that separate us, I wish, even to those of you who do not celebrate the holiday, a Merry Christmas and a prosperous 2019.

Para estas navidades el calor venezolano estará animando y dando sabor a muchos países que nunca antes habían visto tantos de nosotros juntos. Hago votos porque esta experiencia tan traumática que es la migración sirva para que, tanto los venezolanos como los nativos de tantos países que les están dando albergue y en algunos casos ya se han convertido en segunda patria, crezcan y sean mejores cada día. Son muchos más los países que oirán y cantaran la gaita y los aguinaldos y comerán las hallacas venezolanas.
This Christmas the Venezuelan warmth will be cheering and spicing many countries that had never before seen so many of us together. My wishes are for such a traumatic experience as exile to allow both Venezuelans and their hosts in so many countries, some of which are already becoming second Motherlands, to grow and be better every day. Many more countries today will listen to and sing gaita and aguinaldos and will eat the Venezuelan hallacas.
Gracias a Steemit y a todos los que nos han apoyado por su solidaridad y por haberse convertido en esa ventana abierta que nos ha permitido dar a conocer nuestra realidad y nuestros talentos.

Saying bye to my daughters, who will spend the holidays with their mother's family. One more Christmas without them.

@hlezama, Whatever happened and happening in Venezuela is really unfortunate but in my opinion this is the opportunity for every human being to understand the importance of Humanity, nothing matters at the end, only we seek for the human support because all these material aspects are perishable but we human beings are eternal beings and one big family and tribe and that is Humanity.
