Constantly shifting the clouds seem to form an integral part of the landscape in the Great Bear Rainforest. The rainforest covers 6.4 million hectare (15.8 million acre) stretch area along British Columbia’s north and central coast and forms part of the larger Pacific temperate rainforest ecoregion, which is the largest coastal temperate rainforest in the world. This shot was taken of the remote and rugged mountain ranges that line the narrow inside passage between Princess Royal Island and the mainland of British Columbia. Canada.

Pine tree landscape in Alpe di Siusi in northern Italy. I love how the tree in the foreground has decided to grow on top of the rock, right above the water. Life on earth finds its way everywhere it can.
😍 It almost looks like an Ent sitting and meditating on the rock.
Haha yes, it does :) that's going to be a life-long meditation! 😂
The rays of sunlight illuminated the clearing in the forest, where a large pine was recently cut down, and next to it a row of young mountain ash rose. Life goes on!
