Locust Tree Flowers
This is my next door neighbor's Black Locust Tree, which belongs to the pea family. It is huge and it sways and creaks on windy days, and I am always afraid that it will fall down on my house. Many large branches have broken off due to wind, snow and ice.
Beautiful white flowers bloom in the spring. My mom used to wear a cologne called, "Orange Blossoms" and that is exactly what these flowers smell like.
It has many branches and the bark is dark. In the fall the leaves turn yellow.
This is what the tree looked like when the new leaves were growing in the spring and before the flowers bloomed.
This is what the tree looks like today.
Thanks for looking!

I like these large trees that show so many beautiful flowers on the heights. In my country, for example our national tree is the Araguaney, and I love it when I see its pretty yellow flowers spread at that height:

Greetings @whatisnew
Oh, the Araguaney is a beautiful, bright, cheerful tree. I can see why you love it. Have a great weekend, my friend! : )
WOW! Very big tree with plenty of beautiful "WHITE" flowers..... I love both when the flowers are blooming and when the tree is covering with green leaves, really wonderful, especially, the last two photos, with bright blue sky as background. These are very special gifts for me again. Many thanks, my dear sis! You took great photos of them. ;)
