Hello friend @, how beautiful and different it feels to be surrounded by nature, where we can directly perceive the experience of the contact of nature and the universe. This helps us with insomnia, stress, depression or anguish to rest our body and mind after a hectic day or to start the day with positive energy. A very good advice is to do meditation as it helps us to free ourselves from all the negative thoughts we bring and accumulate in our mind. Successes and may God continue to fill you with wisdom
