I saw this grant application that specifically mentions Cameroon, which seems to be scarce in the field.
I thought it might be of use to you, even though it seems to be oriented to French, which might not be of much use in the English speaking areas of Cameroon.

Is there any chance of raising the input and thereby the payout too? It is GREAT that you start at 0.01 SBD but I wish you went up to $10 input... at least 1 SBD anyway for a start? :D
Hi, At the moment the @treeplanter is not able to do such a high upvote. If you want to donate the difference you are allowed to send 1 SBD but at the memoment the highest vote you will be getting is about 0.5. @treeplanter will eventually grow and then you can help it grow by donation more, but 0.250 is the max accepted to provide the vote, more than that amount is considered to be a donation.
You can also split that 10 SBD into 40 votes to your follower posts, remember @treeplanter is not doing self-votes anymore
