This time we will visit Riau province, this province is in middle Sumatra. Actually, there are so many places destinations that Riau has to human beings lovers of natural beauty, but for today I will only show some pictures related to the beauty of the waterfall in the province which is dubbed 'Lancang kuning'. And I will also explain a bit about the location and the estimated cost to get to the destination, of course in hopes of giving the best to all Steemit friends. Hope you guys enjoy!
1. Batang Koban waterfall
Location of this waterfall is a bit far from the city of Pekanbaru, the capital of Riau province. From Pekanbaru, we have to travel by car about 5 hours to reach the city of Taluk Kuantan, Kuantan Singingi district. From Taluk Kuantan, we have to travel about 30 minutes to reach Lubuk Ambacang village, where the waterfall location is located. But when arriving in the village of Lubuk Ambacang we have to rush again Kuantan river by boat or usually known as Pompong for about 15 minutes, to reach near the waterfall. After that, we reach the first waterfall. Batang Koban waterfall (its name) consists of 7 levels. Up to the waterfall at level 4, there is a pool that visitors usually use for bathing before proceeding to the next level. This waterfall is very nice to visit, although facilities such as ladders and restrooms are no longer adequate. Be careful to climb the stairs to the level of each waterfall. Because usually, the stairs are very slippery because there is much moss, especially after the rain fell.
This place is suitable to visit in a group to save costs, especially the cost of a long boat ride that brings us there. Rates 300.000 Rp/route. This place though far away (about two hours dr Kuantan bay), but many give the impression. Starting from the beauty of the waterfall rate level, forest beauty plus the sound of birds chirping there, and some interesting spots along the way to get there. For those who like bathing, this place is highly recommended, because, in addition to water cool and fresh, the place also supports, especially at level four, overdraft waterfall splash resembles artificial pond. For those who can not swim, also do not have to fear the depth, because there is a rope that was deliberately placed for the handle. But be careful during the level of this location, because the cement is mossy and slippery ground. 2. Aek Martua waterfall
To go to this waterfall, it is rather difficult road and transportation. but the struggle to get here is really extreme and make an incredible sensation. when we get there, the waterfall is really refreshing, down with the height, we will be satisfied and will get an amazing adventure !!
Aek Mertua waterfall has its own uniqueness in the presence of three levels. Each level has different sizes and heights. The height ranges from 15 meters to a height of about 40 meters. The scenery is very interesting and fascinating. The water is so clear and flowing very beautiful looks very attractive. The air is fresh and cool plus a blend of unique textures. This place is perfect for refreshing for tourists who like the outdoors.
3. Batu Dinding waterfall
Batu Dinding waterfall is located in the village of Tanjung Belit Lipat Kain, Kampar Kiri Hilir district, Kampar district has a very charming beauty. The scenery that will pass the time to the waterfall is like oil palm and rubber plantations and forests. This place has an exotic panorama with cool and fresh air so it is suitable for refreshing. This waterfall has a height of about 4 meters more with a crater of water that is clear and fresh that has a circle of about 20 meters in diameter. The atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant.
It took an extra fight to get there because of its hidden location. but paid off with the beauty of the waterfall. just a lot of irresponsible hands who throw garbage carelessly.
4. Simo Island waterfall
This waterfall is located in the Village of Tanjung Alai, District XII Koto Kampar, Riau. This waterfall has a deep pool of water reservoirs. In this waterfall area, there is also a strategic location for camping. In fact, in this location, you can also find the water hills that can be drunk.
For access, this waterfall is very easy. From Pekanbaru, it takes you about 2.5 hours to reach XII Koto Kampar. Then continued by walking approximately 200 meters to reach the location of the waterfall. A decent trip to save energy is not it?
