Nelle seguenti immagini potete ammirare un tipico ambiente selvaggio dell'entro terra siculo, gli stati sono stati effettuati vicino Floresta (il comune più alto della Sicilia), le diverse gradazione di colore che si scorgono in questo luogo sono a dir poco superlative. Niente gente in giro, nessun rumore di traffico, solo natura e tanta, tanta pace.

In the following pictures you can see a typical Sicilian wild environment, the shots were taken near Floresta, (the highest town in Sicily), the different gradients of color that you can admire in this place are superlative. No people around, no traffic noises, just nature and peace.

In questo luogo si possono osservare anche alcune antiche strutture di sepoltura chiamate "Tholos" appartenenti alla tarda età del bronzo. Strutture che come vedete sono totalmente integrate col territorio e quasi si mimetizzano.

In this place you can observe even some ancient burial structures called "Tholos" that belong to the late Bronze Age. Structures that as you see are totally integrated with the territory and they are almost camouflaged.

Da qui invece è possibile osservare un altro stupendo panorama, un pascolo in collina appena al di sotto del territorio di Floresta, un luogo circondato dal silenzio interrotto solo dal frinire dei grilli... un posto dove la natura ha il dominio su tutto. L'odore di erbe selvatiche e di fiori di campo profumano l'aria pura di questo territorio.

Here you can admire instead a beautiful landscape of a hill under the territory of Floresta, a place where you are surrounded by silence and nature has the dominion over all. The smell of grass and flower mixed with the pure air of this place are inebriating.

E infine un pulerdrino di pochi giorni con la sua amorevole mamma, scene di una tenerezza incredibile. Il tempo in questi luoghi sembra rallentare, il calendario sembra fermo a un centinaio di anni fa, quando uomo e natura vivevano in simbiosi, quando la terra veniva rispettata, valorizzata proprio perché da questa proveniva il sostentamento. È stato bello trascorrere qualche ora distante da tutto e tutti e riabbracciare madre natura, ormai per noi sta diventando necessario di tanto in tanto farlo, una specie di terapia riabilitativa, disintossicante. Un trattamento di cui non riusciamo più a fare a meno.

Here instead a foal with his lovely mother, unbelievably tender scenes. Time in these places seems to slow down, the calendar seems to be stopped to a hundred years ago, when man and nature lived in symbiosis when the earth was respected, valorized because livelihood came strictly from it. It was nice to spend few hours away from everything and everyone and re-embrace mother nature, now for us it is becoming necessary from time to time to do it. It's a kind of rehab therapy, detoxifying, and I have to admit it, we are addicted to it .
