Thank you very much @lizelle. @farm-mom was taking a walk yesterday, and went back by the pond. It has been snowing up here for the past several days and she noticed a brand new set of prints that matched the ones from my post. The prints went down the bank of the pond and disappeared at the base of a big pine tree. I have a feeling that what ever animal is leaving those tracks is living in one of the big pines at the far end of the pond. As soon as I get some daylight, I'll do a little investigating.
