Is this the BEST diving spot in the World?? Great Barrier Reef - Australia [Video] 🐠🦈💧☀️
Reef sharks, turtles, a plethora of fish (we found Nemo!), plenty of coral and a couple of wallys swimming around in blue lycra. Join us on our 3 day dive trip on the outer Great Barrier Reef in Cairns, Queensland Australia. I was so excited when I (re-)found our scuba diving footage from the trip ☺️ A little shaky but this was the first clip we ever made!

Full body blue lycra suits explained- In the summer months the deadly and basically invisible jellyfish called Irukandji descend upon the tropics. These little guys are 1cubic centimetre in size as an adult and are one of the most venomous creatures on the planet. So while the blue lycra suits aren't mandatory I sure wasn't going to take the chance!
To get to the reef it was roughly 2-3hrs by boat, then we transferred onto our liveaboard for the following 3days and it was freakin epic! So epic that it's the second time I've done the trip. And let's be honest, I'd love to do it again! Jumping in before sunrise with no land in sight and seeing the morning rays light up the reef is a sight to behold.

Looks amazing! Can you also see the damage that's been done from all the poulition/climate change?
Thanks! Yeah the reef is dying, the boat stayed around areas of the reef that were still thriving but you could see areas of dead coral. I've heard it's really bad in some places which is so heatrbreaking.
