Oh boy. I woke up to a veil of hoar-frost on my car window and shrieked, OH NO! Winter is here! I waited till 9 am before going out (to save myself some scratching) and put on a woolly scarf for the first time this year (still could manage with leather gloves).

Thank you for putting that into perspective for me! What am I on about!? In comparison to your knee-deep snow and minus temperatures during the day, persistant ice and really sad dog eyes it's still high summer here! (5 degrees tonight).
