Breadfruit (Sukon fruits)
Daytime was so bright, but I do not feel hot, because that afternoon I had to get to a house, to visit my friend who was sick. His house is a bit far from the city, but not too go into rural areas.
At approximately 14:00 UTC +7 I arrived at his house, and meet, greet and hope that he healthy soon. He just has a fever that is not too high. And thankfully he was not seriously ill.
When I want to leave home, I look around the house, there is a plant that got me interested, because this plant has been rarely found in front of the house, usually in the woods and in the course of cultivation.
The name of this tree, in the Acehnese language is "boh sukon", or breadfruit, the shape is round like a ball, and has the same contents as the jackfruit. This fruit, when still young (immature), often used as snacks such as crisps and fried food.
Breadfruit tree is not too high, it has a height of approximately 3 meters. However, this tree, if it is older, their height can reach tens of meters, and very rare.
Breadfruit tree has wide leaves, and leaf shape is similar too with jackfruit leaves, only, the leaf is wider.
There are three benefits (for meals) that can we get from these breadfruit - right where I wanted - that is, cooked as a vegetable (the very younger fruit), then thinly sliced and fried into chips, and the third is, thickly sliced and fried as food when drinking tea / coffee (fried foods).

What an interesting tree and fruit. Your post prompted me to look up Breadfruit on Wikipedia. It sounds like an amazing tree - super productive and useful in so many ways. But it needs very tropical conditions. So I can just look here on Steemit, lol! I have never seen the fruit for sale where I live. What is your favorite way to eat Breadfruit?
I like to eat chips of breadfruit, very crispy and savory. Sometimes I also eat fried food made from the ripe fruit.

And this is the breadfruit for coffee/tea cake. Just fry the slice of breadfruit that is almost ripe with flour.

My flags and spam messages trying to have an equal voice never made me less than any of you. And we all well know, we see my messages as I go 1 by 1. So my friends, since this tyrannical person wants to continue to abuse others, I will remain on the server with all accounts live until @berniesanders is in the -negative reputation.
