HOW DO YOU LIKE YOU YOUR RUBBISH, ON THE BEACH OR IN THE BIN???
This afternoon I went on an adventure down to the beach, and yeah, not getting washed out to the sea this time.
So I collected some rubbish as usual, that has accumilated on the beach.
So then people say it's an accident I didn't realise that I left it. So you say well thats ok everybody does it from time to time.
I know we have a small population compared to most countries, but with 24 millon in population what happens if every person accidentally drops a piece of rubbish.
Rubbish I collected, who's fault is it?
So who's responsibility is it?

Everybody should take their own rubbish but unfortunately most of us lack this discipline at times.

That's really nice of you to collect rubbish to remove from the beach. It should be the owners responsibility but unfortunately not everyone is responsible and they don't really give a care in the world.
