Barefoot mountain climbing preparation - searching for the canal source

Tomorrow I will be climbing Mount Canigou, the highest peak in this region so today I am out with the family getting my feet warmed up for the long road ahead.

We trace our local canal back to its source where we find a lovely wild river.

We also stumble upon a very strange little dwelling which appears to be part of a very old village.
