Purple Cariaquito.

Sharing the end of the week with my beloved group GGH10, organized by @ annie.kashif, I want to share this flower. This plant grows like a shrub, does not need much water, is easily administered in warm places.

This plant, gives very small flowers, and a fruit that resembles a grape, and is purple, (it is not edible) and has a strong smell, that is why it is called Purple Cariaquito.

Common name: Purple Cariaquito

Scientific name: Lantana trifolia L.

Family: VERBENACEAE

It is attributed properties such as medicinal plants, make infusions, to lower fever.

In Venezuela this plant is also assigned mystical properties, hence the motto "bathe with violet cariaquito", to avoid bad vibrations or bad luck.

I share this small bouquet that I take to decorate.
