Love nature our home, sharing ideas across Communities to safeguard it.

Loving nature is amazing and safeguarding it is our duty and obligatory as our survival solely depends on it as follows;

  • WILDLIFE: It gives us shelter, warmth, income, food, medicine and inspiration yet many people suffer nuisance and danger when animals attack our livestock, damage crops, etc. We can always find ways to live with them safely alongside the diverse wildlife of the world over.

  • WATER: It is the essence of life as we all depend on this wonderful natural resource and can't do anything without it.

    Keeping and protecting water sources so that we can have it clean and using it wisely is very important.
    Soil: It is the mother of almost every mouthful of food. We rely on it for our life, such that even the smallest child can play a part in looking after this crucial resource underneath our feet.

  • FOREST: Our forests serves as basis for water, food, fuel wood, shelter and uses carbon dioxide to produce Oxygen which we solely depends on. Yet it keeps disappearing indiscriminately at a faster rate by means of deforestation, bush fires, farming, development of infrastructure and as such we need to adopt sustainable attitudes or approaches in order to protect this wonderful resource. It is thus the collective role of all of us and remember that everyone that plants a tree actually plants hope.

  • ENERGY: Better energy alternative should be adopted especially in Africa where forest are still been cut down for fuel wood and as such improved stoves should be used.

  • LIVING BY THE OCEAN: Several millions of people in Africa have these waters as their main source of livelihood as their main activity therein is fishing. As a result of persistent water pollution, aquatic life have greatly reduced thus leading indiscriminate fishing. Wish fish becoming very scarce, this source of livelihood is greatly been threatened as such we should endeavor to practice sustainable fishing or better still practice artificial fish farming.

  • URBAN LIVING: This involves the population living in Urban towns or cities. Live in these towns is always so sophisticated, as every thing is been purchased. There is often water shortages due mainly to rapid extension of the towns thus forcing city dwellers to look for other sources of drinking water such as wells, running streams which often causes health problems such as cholera, dysentery, malaria etc.
    Therefore, as we live we should always endeavor to adopt sustainable approaches towards our lovely nature, it is all we have got. It should be action filled at every little level rather than much talked about, as at the end it will matter a lot.
    Thanks for reading and support.
