RE: Lay Physics, Or Who Created God?

in #nature7 years ago

I’m sure I’m not using the correct terms when I speak of our known and unknown universe! Sorry! 😛 I’m just fascinated. My head would probably explode if I actually understood more. 😉 The link isn’t loading for me... a blank page. Looks good! I’ll try to poke around that site and see if I can find it. And I didn’t know what a Planck length was! Thx, I learned new stuff. How many plancks is a quark? I could google it, but this is more fun!

This one is the original site: http://htwins.net/scale2/ I actually used the other link because I couldn't get this one to load. Now it's working here, but I run LInux so it probably behaves differently with Flash (wonky). Both sites require Flash to use the scale slider.

A quark is a subatomic particle that is extremely small but still vastly larger than quantum foam or a cosmic string, which are the smallest theoretical particles so far.

Quantum foam? Lol sounds fun! Our problem is that I’m using my iPhone to steem... sooo I can’t see your link. 😥 one of these days (probably never lol) I’ll get on my pc. I do everything on my phone! I love love love things that put the size of our universe into perspective though. Sounds worth a looky. Thx for sharing it.
