From Asia With Love - A Visit to the Muttart Conservatory

in #nature7 years ago

The Muttart Conservatory is one of my favorite attractions in Edmonton. It is an indoor botanical gardens housed within four glass pyramids. There are three different themes - Arid, Temperate, and Tropical, plus a Feature that changes several times a year. The current feature is From Asia With Love, as part of their Chinese New Year celebrations. It is only on until March 4th though, so there's not much time!

We wanted to catch the exhibit before we left so we visited a few days ago.

The Feature pyramid will be closed between March 5-9. The new exhibit, Candycopia, will open on March 10, 2018, and will be a wondrous mix of tulips, daffodils and hyacinths. An affordable way to visit the Muttart year round (as well as the zoo and John Janzen Nature Centre) is to purchase the Naturally Edmonton Annual Pass, available at all Edmonton attractions and recreation centres.
