Eutrophication in our local lake

I noticed a floating tractor cleaning up our local lake this morning, and thought - instead of fixing the issues creating this problem in the first place, we're paying to have it cleaned up, only to need it again in a few month's time. I was inspired to make this short video on eutrophication.
