Bloemenroute
Bloemenroute or "route of the tulips" this flower is quite known all over the world, but precisely in Holland between the end of April and the beginning of May, the festival of the tulips is celebrated. Where thousands of visitors gather just to admire and enjoy this wonderful landscape.
These tulips decorate an area of approximately 32 hectares, a spectacular area for lovers of flowers and photography.
One of the most interesting things is that the tulips do not originate from Holland, these flowers were imported from Turkey to Holland during the sixteenth century to decorate the gardens of the royal family. Yet this flower became a Dutch icon and every year the "tulip festival" is held.
