This is so sad. Owls are innocent and very useful members of our ecosystem. Their functions are numerous and as an ecology student. I am well aware of this but I can't start listing them here. The government and people of California need to do something about this
Yeah, that's true.
I think they are doing their best. It's not like they want to have illegal pot farms in the first place.
