My guinea pig. Mi conejillo de Indias (ENG-ESPA)

Some people say "pets look like their owners" and in this case I think Thor and I have a lot in common.

For almost 3 years this particular pet came into my life, I have always been a rodent lover but I had never had a guinea pig as a pet.

Of course all the animals have different personalities but here I will tell you my experience.
Thor, he is a very affectionate little boy, he always likes to have people nearby, who caress him and give love.
He often cries (cui cui cui cui) when he is hungry and that is usually 3 times a day (he eats so much that he could do it until he explodes).

He likes to go out to the garden to eat some fresh grass and take some sun. However he is very nervous and does not like to feel unprotected for a long time.

They are extremely intelligent pets. Since childhood we have trained and know how to do tricks such as turning around, standing up and giving up.

I do not like to have him caged and I have him free in my room, he has his cage and a little cave that I made for him to cuddle up here (do not be scared, he does his needs inside his cage)

My recommendations is that if you want to have a guinea pig as a pet you should know that it requires a lot of care, attention, love and cleanliness. I do not recommend it for children because they are small and if they fall they can hurt them.

Dicen que las mascotas se parecen a sus dueños y en este caso creo que Thor y yo tenemos mucho en común.

Desde hace casi 3 años esta particular mascota llegó a mi vida,siempre he sido amante de los roedores pero nunca había tenido un Cuy como mascota.

Por supuesto todos los animales tienen personalidades distintas pero aquí les voy a contar mi experiencia.
Thor, es un pequeño muy cariñoso, siempre le gusta tener personas cerca, que lo acaricien y den amor.
Suele llorar (cui cui cui cui cui) cuando tiene hambre y eso es generalmente 3 veces al día (si es por el comiera hasta explotar).

Le gusta salir al jardín a comer un poco de grama fresca y tomar algo de sol. Sin embargo es muy nervioso y no le gusta sentirse desprotegido por mucho tiempo.

Son mascotas extremadamente inteligentes. Desde pequeño lo hemos entrenado y saber hacer trucos como dar la vuelta, pararse y dar la pata.

Como a mi no me gusta tenerlo enjaulado lo tengo libre en mi cuarto, tiene su jaula y una cuevita que yo le hice para que se acurruque aquí (no se asusten, el hace sus necesidades dentro de su jaula)

Mis recomendaciones es que si quiere tener un conejillo de indias como mascota debes saber que requiere muchos cuidados, mucha atención, cariño y limpieza. No lo recomiendo para niños ya que son pequeños y si se les cae los pueden herir.
