Interesting article about the ever changing regulations of the government protecting birds. Hmmm, I'm a nature lover like anyone else but I find myself in the middle of these things more and more. I want punishment for needless killing of all animals, but let's not take it too far. Let's not look at a business as a cash cow if an accident happens. Hopefully people will want to do the right thing and protect the environment....
