I saw them too last year in Thailand. Unluckily I only had my phone with me and the photos I had is not good as yours! This year will try to get good shots! Thank you for sharing these interesting stuff!
There might be some app on the phone- check to see if you an delay the shutter speed. Enjoy your next visit.
