A lovely walk.

There was no wind when we left our place, and as soon as we arrived here suddenly a breeze started to come alive. I thought it would be a golden opportunity to get some reflections on the dam, but the breeze had a different idea, nevertheless I could still get some beautiful landscape shots. The Vergelegen Wine Estate is a historical wine farm, but since the olden days the farm was expanded into offering many alternative activities.

They have a superb five-star rating for taking care of nature and wildlife and they offer an ideal venue to visit when you arrive in South Africa. Great restaurants, great food, great wines, and a range of adventures exist on the farm. It is also a photographer's paradise, and that's why we often visit the farm as it is also crammed with birdlife. So, to all the tourists out there, make sure to put a visit to this iconic farm on your bucket list.
