Nuts..Why eat nuts?

Researchers at Beth Israel Medical Center conducted a small survey of 20 voluntary volunteers in 2010. It shows that while eating some walnuts during breakfast, stomach is full of food during lunch, which is less likely to be eaten. If you eat less calories, it helps in reducing weight.
