To be happy, imitate nature

It is said that nature gives us all the things we need to be happy. Others say that it is the cure of all our diseases.
I would say that when we observe the behavior of nature, we understand its dynamics and begin to imitate it, peace ends up reaching our mind and our life.
If you observe the water running through a river, you will see that it does not oppose the stones it finds in its path, it does what it can, passes over it or on the one hand, peacefully. If you prune a tree or lose some of its branches or fruits, you do not see it getting angry, it returns patiently to grow, to blossom and to bear fruit.

The birds in their nest rest all night, after having enjoyed the day, from one side to the other. But if it rains, they go to their nests and wait patiently for it to escape to come out again. They get up joyfully and sing, they go to look confidently for the food of the day.

And so we could continue describing the behavior of plants, animals, and all the elements that are part of nature, and in it we will find an open book willing to teach us, such important things as patience, peace, resignation, the joy, the hope.
It is just a matter of observing it, rather than looking at it, and we will discover that many of our concerns would be alleviated if we handled them with the wisdom with which nature moves.
