Addo Game Park, South Africa

I am blessed to have the Addo National Game Park less than 40km from where I live in the insanely beautiful Eastern Cape.

Here are some of the encounters in our recent visit. The one ellie almost sat on my car! What gracious and magestical creatures they are.

What was very cool to see is at the waterhole the one elephant kept the buffalo away until all the other elephants finished drinking. Once they were on their way, the "guard" elephant allowed the buffalo access to the water. And the buffalo just stood there, frozen and patiently waited his turn.
