NISSEQUOGUE RIVER

Nissequogue River just before it empty's into the Long Island Sound. This is the widest section of the tidal part of the river. Tides are 6 feet high and 6 feet low, 1.82+ meters. This was taken at dead low tide.

Last picture shows a sandbar in the middle of the river. At high tide that would be covered by 5 foot of water.
