Chicken breasts by special technology
The meat is juicy, tasty, more like a ham than a chicken.

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 liter of milk
  • salt
  • Your favorite spices

Salt and sprinkle with the spices of the breast, leave for 10 minutes.

Bring the milk to a boil, turn it off and immediately immerse the chicken breasts in it so that they are completely covered with milk.

We close the pan with a lid and wrap it in a blanket the way we do with porridge and potatoes. Leave for an hour.

Then we get the resulting delicacy from milk, we put it in a colander, so that all the excess glass, we cool and cut into medallions.

Delicate, juicy marble meat, literally melting in the mouth. And, importantly, no roasted harmful crusts, no dryness.
