It's a new tag/community on steemit. Basically it's to get people posting every day. Even one of your photos and a bit of a description of your moment/day counts! There are some great people curating the ulog tag. Just go take a peek at my page and you will see the format. Just number them, and have ulog in the title as well as one of the tags!
