Anahata Chakra: Keys to open the hearth
ANAHATA CHAKRA: KEYS TO OPEN THE HEART
Anahata chacra, also known as the chakra of the heart, is located in the center of the chest and is related to love, joy, happiness and compassion.
Anahata means "unharmed" and represents that behind the hard experiences that we have lived and under each wound, there is a pure and spiritual place where there is no pain.
Anahata is the fourth farm, the bridge between the upper and lower chakras. It is the center of integration and healing; When Anahata is open, love and compassion flow and when it is blocked then anger, pain, jealousy, lack of empathy, loneliness and even hatred towards oneself and others may appear.
If this farm is too active, then there is an emotional lack of control that can lead you to be too critical of yourself and others, that you have manipulative attitudes and that love comes conditioned to certain factors.
Anahata Chakra and green color
According to the traditional system, the chakra of the heart is related to the color green, the color of nature. Just as plants die in the winter to be reborn in the spring, to live from the heart, means to be reborn, to heal, to forgive and to love.
Live from the heart
We have all felt that sensation of being with someone who has that special touch, that person who, when speaking, reaches us deeply into the soul, that person who gives off tenderness and who becomes loved. That is a person who lives from the heart.
The heart is the physical and energetic place to relate to ourselves and others; When we listen to our hearts, we understand that the earth is our paradise and that every day is a gift. Then we live life to the fullest, with joy and empathy towards others.
How to balance the heart chakra?
Anahata is blocked many times after repressing our feelings, either in recent situations or in a traumatic moment lived in childhood.
Then I leave some tips to activate Anahata and thus allow the energy of love to flow in us.
Being in touch with nature; Go for a walk and let the vegetation begin to heal.
Eat more green vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, celery, kale etc., use spices such as basil, cilantro, parsley, sage and thyme and drink green tea.
Meditate or relax, visualizing the green color in the center of your heart. In each inhalation, imagine how that green light expands and in each exhalation you feel how your heart empties itself of the accumulated feelings of negativity.
Songs: the mantra related to Anahata is YAM, which is pronounced iaaaaaaammmmmmm. You can practice it at any time of the day.

Be honest with your emotions; Connect with your feelings and share them with someone you trust. If you are not ready to share them, I recommend that you write them down. The worst thing you can do is keep them inside.
Yoga: practice the asanas that open the chest, focusing your attention on lengthening your back, creating space between the vertebrae and opening the center of the heart.
Be kind to yourself and forgive yourself for mistakes you made in the past
.
Practice acceptance: it is not about being conformist, but about appreciating what you have and not mortifying yourself for what does not depend on us. If it is external to you, if you can not change it, then do not waste your energy and your time on it. Forget it and keep going.
Open yourself to love, give love and allow yourself to receive love
