I'm sure it will be "illegal" and then big pharma will use it to develop drugs to sell "legally".

7-hydroxymitragynine has a potency of 10x that of morphine, but it is only in the plant at minute amounts. I'm certain they'll be looking into the pharmacological applications with pharmaceutical recreations.
