Hay steemian, this time I will try to give an explanation of the mechanical at my place of work. In the field of
industry is not never detached from the machine. There are so many machines in industrial fields such as compressor, pumps, blowers and the like remain basically they called a rotating object.
The working principle of every object that moves will result in vibration. For the vibration itself is directly proportional to the speed of rotation of the rotor. To optimise rounds from a machine that was so extensive an Instrumentation tool. This tool is useful to protect the engine in order not to damage the machine against the fatal betguna at once as well as data analysis when problems occur later.
Well that's just my brief explanation.

apakah pernah terjadi crak atau keretakan??

Retakan di shaf mksd nya bg??

ya .. karena shaft bisa retak jika temperature mencaoai titik tertentu. brp batas maksimum temp pada shaft.??

Pada proses yang saya jalani skr
Temperatur pada shaft itu cndrung di abaikan karena pada start awal mesin pasti di lakukan warming up atau istilah mekanikalnya slow run yang bertujuan utk meningkatkan suhu pada shaft secara berkala waktu sehingga terhindar dari crakking(retak) dan bending (bengkok)
Stlah pemanasan awal kemudian speed perlahan di naikkan sesuai dengan speed yg di inginkan
Nah, untuk mencegah terjadinya panas yang berlebih pada shaft di berikan over speed trip karena speed berbanding lurus dengan suhu jd dgn mengatur speed maka itu sudah termasuk mengatur suhu juga skligus juga mengontrol vibrasi yang di hasilkan
