The leaves of cassava

The botanical name is Manihot esculenta. This plant is cultivated to become one source of carbohydrates. From cassava is processed something called tapioca flour.

But this one, not processed for it. It does not have cassava even though it is from the type of cassava as well. It is planted specifically to harvest its leaves only. These leaves become delicious and healthy vegetable dishes.

And when these leaves are carefully observed, it will look unique leaves, curly shapes, especially the tops of leaves.
