Sorry. Absolute not a public road, the road have no connection with other public roads. The road will be used during the construction period. It is a good quality road dimensioned for heavy transport with weights up to 80 tons.

This is not a public road, this is an ad-hoc road built only for the purpose of constructing (and perhaps maintaining) wind mills?
