Last autumn day and first winter day.
Brynvan is a part of water collection system for the hydroelectric power plant in Sørfjorden. As you can see on the pictures there are three unnatural conditions by the lake. The water level go up and down according to the amount of power produced. Clear marks for maximum water lever at the lake shore. There are also a dam to collect more water. And finally there is a waterfall but not any visible river. A tunnel has been made through the mountain. Weather from surrounding lakes flows into Brynvann. Melting water from glaciers make the water so green. At the lake there By the lake there is a special type of stones. In the past people came and picked these. The stones was well suited to grinding steep on knives and other tool. Hence the name of the lake Brynvann.
An lake in the north of Norway.
