I fish in the rain and wind and even all night without sleep, but not in the snow and freezing conditions, they are taking fishing to a crazy level, until they catch a fish and then it's worth it.

Yes absolutely a fisherman must fish the weather does not matter. You are almost right I was just outside the car for picturing :)
